Liquibase Gradle plugin 3.x: NoClassDefFoundError liquibase/Scope fix
Upgrading the Liquibase Gradle plugin from 2.2.2 to 3.x fails the build with liquibase/Scope. Reproduced on Gradle 8.14.6 and 9.8.2, with the buildscript fix.
