Testcontainers 2.0 NoSuchFieldError: fix old jackson-annotations
Testcontainers 2.0 fails with NoSuchFieldError READ_UNKNOWN_ENUM_VALUES_USING_DEFAULT_VALUE when old jackson-annotations is on the classpath. Fix it.

Testcontainers on Docker 29: fix client version 1.32 is too old
After upgrading to Docker 29, Testcontainers fails with “client version 1.32 is too old”. Reproduced on Docker 29.0.0 and fixed with 2.0.2+ or 1.21.4+.
